Amanda Lindroth was born in Florida in 1963 when South Florida was still sleeping. Her earliest memories include the beautiful nature of Florida combined with the glamour of 1960's and 1970's Palm Beach. She was educated at Wellesley in Boston. After graduation she spent a couple of years in Paris and traveled throughout Europe, which she found very inspirational. Amanda worked at Women's Wear Daily and W Magazine, covering parties and society. Following this Amanda moved to London and worked as the Public Relations Director for Gucci during Tom Ford's renaissance of the brand. After moving to Nassau, Amanda started doing interiors for her friends. She is heavily influenced by the islands and island life. Her interiors are comfortable and breezy and she is strongly influenced by classical architecture and proportion.
